Almost all the work we do at Durr Mechanical is time sensitive and the project schedule is of the utmost importance. We take pride in providing the latest training for our Project Managers and Project Engineers on scheduling software programs including Primavera Project Planner® and Microsoft Suretrak®. In addition, we teach our people how to cost load and develop schedules with correct logic. This is a powerful tool for the owner and/or GC to follow our progress and manage cash flow.
